Here is the snapshot on how to setup the security configuration and also we need the password to be used for connectivity.

Also, make sure to have POP server settings enabled in the Gmail settings like below.

Before setting the Email Account setup in ServiceNow, make sure that Email Properties are set for sending/receiving the emails. Here is the snapshot.

There is a 3 mins interval to send/receive the emails from ServiceNow using the below system property value.

We need to setup the Inbound and Outbound email accounts using Email Account module.

Click on the Test Connection to see the success. All the received emails from the given gmail id are captured in ServiceNow's Emails module like below.

2) Outbound configuration settings in ServiceNow:  The above captured App password is needed here. After filling the below fields, save and activate the module. Click on the Test Connection to see the success. All the sent emails from the given gmail id are captured in ServiceNow's Emails module like below. To send an email => create a new Incident from ServiceNow and use the Recipient Email id to send emails and all. To check the status of emails, we need to wait for 3 mins as mentioned above.

Check the Sent folder from the source gmail id used. Also, check the Inbox folder of the recipient email id.
